Investors should adopt a “rifle approach” to decision-making, according to John Feneck, CEO of Feneck Consulting Group. He advises against broad investments like ETFs and funds. Instead, investors should choose items they have high conviction in.
Global events, including US midterms and international conflicts, require investors to closely monitor markets. Feneck emphasized the importance of picking projects with strong leadership. He looks for skilled people first, then favorable jurisdictions, strong drill results, and experience.
Feneck stated he plans to wait for silver prices to fall to $50 before buying the metal. He has tracked silver for 26 years and holds it as his largest position. He noted silver is a volatile metal requiring respect for its resistance levels.
The consultant believes conditions for silver and gold are favorable. This outlook depends on the resolution of current situations like Federal Reserve actions, ongoing conflicts, and elections. Investors should consider the longer-term picture, Feneck said.
